Stathe Bungalow Farm is a family run business with North Devon beef stock.
The Hector family has a long tradition of farming in Stathe and 10 years ago we decided to move from dairy cattle into beef farming.
We have a fantastic selection of traditional Devon Ruby Reds and some that have been cross bred with Aberdeen Angus that provide excellent quality meat.
As well as Beef farming we are also involved in environmental preservation and have large areas of the farm in Higher level stewardship, with the aim of providing feeding areas for winter waders by controlled flooding, encouraging species such as snipe and lapwing to breed and provide improved habitat year round for species such as Hare.
